About me

Who I am
What drives me
Student. Teacher. Father. Son. Husband. Trainer. Coach.
I work at the level beneath behavior. I’ve always been fascinated by why people do what they do – including myself. That curiosity is what drives my work. I’m not interested in surface fixes or performance hacks, but in changing the way you relate to yourself and to life.
Direct, open, and straight to the point.
The work can get philosophical, but always lands back in real life. I have a lot of room for both depth and lightness, and I don’t take my self too seriously.
No nonsense, a lot of compassion, and plenty of humor.
Byron Katie said:
"A thought is harmless unless we believe it.
It's not our thoughts, but our attachment to our thoughts,
that causes suffering"
my approach
The way I see it
I won’t help you feel better about your stories. I help you face them. Not with blame, judgment, or pressure but with clarity.
Real change follows a specific sequence.
First comes awareness: seeing and understanding your patterns, how your mind works, and what experiences and beliefs drive your behavior.
Then acceptance, not resignation, but fully meeting reality and yourself as it is before trying to change it.
From there, the work follows five stages:
Intention: why this matters to you personally
Inspiration: creating the genuine want to engage
Information: the theory and frameworks
Insight: what this means for you specifically
Integration: making it part of how you actually live
Five stages because none of them are optional. This is not surface work.
my commitment
The work behind the work
This is not a phase or a method.
I’ve committed deeply to my own development through coaching, training, ceremonies, and years of study across disciplines.
I continue to do the work myself.
This isn’t just what I teach – it’s how I live. I hold myself to the same standards I ask of others.
That’s the commitment I bring to every person I work with.
I have spent years in people development in the corporate world, coaching individuals, training teams, and holding leadership roles.
Alongside my own practice, I also work as a trainer and coach at a leadership training company.
I contribute voluntarily to initiatives like Justdiggit and the World Peace Stupa Center. Not everything needs to be a transaction.
