Individual program
1-on-1 Coaching
Personalized • Intensive • Limited Availability
I work exclusively 1-on-1 with a very limited number of people. The work is deep, focused, and intense – real change takes time, effort, and commitment.
Because of the intensity and limited availability, I don’t take on everyone.
The first step is an assessment. I’ll review it, and we’ll see if we’re a good match.
Is this for you?
Probably not
1-on-1 coaching is the most personal and intensive way to work with me. It requires a year-long commitment, a willingness to be challenged directly, and an openness to going further than you probably have before.
And, we need to be a match to work together this intensively. I’m not for everyone.
This is most likely not for you if:
- You prefer to work through things at your own pace without direct input
- Being personally challenged makes you defensive rather than curious
- You are not open to perspectives or methods that are completely unfamiliar to you
- You want results, but are not willing to do the deep work that produces them
- A year-long commitment feels like too much right now
It will be challenging, direct, and real. Not ready for that yet? No worries.
The Mental Strength Training and/or the group events are a good place to start.

What you will get
The Skills
The concrete skills you’ll build and apply in daily life.
- Recognize your thought patterns and stories in real time with the help of direct, personal feedback
- Separate what actually happened from the story you’re telling about it
- Identify language patterns that keep you stuck
- Apply insights in real time, not just in reflection after the fact
- Navigate difficult conversations and relationships from a grounded place
- The ability to notice the difference between responding and reacting in the moment
The Experience
The internal shifts you’ll notice over time.
- A fundamental shift in how you relate to yourself and to life
- Patterns that have defined you for years, genuinely loosened or broken
- A different relationship with discomfort, one where it no longer runs you
- Clarity about who you are outside of your stories and reactions
- Ownership of your inner world instead of being at the mercy of it
- Staying grounded when circumstances are difficult, not just when things are easy

Commitments
What this requires
Before we begin, here is what this work actually asks of you.
Commit
Own your life
This requires showing up consistently, following through on what comes up, and seeing it through even when it gets uncomfortable or confronting.
Work
Go deep
Radical honesty, with yourself and with me. Be willing to challenge your own beliefs, confront your stories, sit with what comes up, and act on your insights. This work only works if you do.
Invest
Be prepared
This is a year-long commitment.
It will not be cheap. You will invest significant time, energy, and money.
My method
Compassionate Confrontation
People sometimes say:
“Isn’t that a bit harsh? It’s not my fault that things happened to me.”
You’re right – I’m not saying it was.
I am not denying that your past may have been unfair, cruel, or painful.
I am not saying you could have handled it differently back then.
I am saying: from this moment on, you have agency.
You can choose a different path. Not an easy one, but one that leads to true freedom from outside circumstances.
You can step out of old roles, respond instead of reacting, and shape your life instead of letting circumstances shape you.
This work is direct, never judgmental, and always compassionate.
Before real change comes acceptance – acceptance of what happened, acceptance of what is, and acceptance of how you feel about it.
True acceptance requires compassion – for yourself and for others.
Life will still happen.
It will still be hard at times.
It will just affect you differently.
About me
Who you'll work with
Trainer, coach, and facilitator with a long background in people development and a lifelong interest in human behaviour and consciousness. I do this work because I believe real change is possible, and I’ve helped people get there.
The foundation
3 pillars of mental strength
Mental strength can mean a lot and encompasses many different aspects. In our work together, we will focus on 3 main pillars for building real and lasting mental strength.
Ownership
Own your role
Acknowledge and own the roles you play in life. Knowing what you do and why allows you to make different choices.
Mental Resilience
Train your mind
Don’t let situations, people, or remarks decide how you feel anymore. Things will still affect you, just a lot less, and you will get a choice in how you let it affect you.
Emotional Maturity
Be response-able
Respond from a place of emotional maturity instead of a wounded inner child. Your past won’t change, but the degree to which it affects your life will.
The Approach
No shortcuts
We go straight to the root – the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that shape your life without you realizing it. Direct, confronting, and always focused on what actually needs to change.
Over the course of our work together, you’ll strengthen mental resilience and emotional maturity that can’t be shaken. You’ll learn to stay grounded no matter the circumstances, see situations clearly as they are, and take ownership of your inner world. You will understand your patterns and their origin, allowing you to consciously choose a different direction when it’s called for.
It’s intense and honest, sometimes uncomfortable, but always guided with clarity, compassion, and a touch of humor.
That’s the work. Here’s my part in it.
- A mirror, not a cheerleader.
- Space to go deep, without losing sight of real life.
- Challenges when you’re avoiding something, support when you need it.
- Direct, personal perspective and honest feedback. Even when it’s uncomfortable.
Rupert Spira said:
"What do you need to do to lead a life
that is consistent with your new understanding?"
When your old activities, relationships, and actions no longer fit the new you, change is required.
