Live online group training
Knowing your story
hasn't freed you from it.
Mental Strength Training is five days of work on the stories you’ve been living as if they were true.
4-6 participants · Live Online · Not pre-recorded
Who this is for
You've done the work.
Something fundamental stays the same.
"I know exactly what I do."
You can describe your patterns, explain where they came from, and predict the outcome. That hasn’t stopped them from running.
"I've tried before."
Therapy. Books. Courses. Some of it helped. But the reactions are still there, the same dynamics keep showing up, and something underneath hasn’t moved.
"I function fine."
From the outside, everything looks good. Inside, there’s a gap between who you appear to be and how you actually feel, and it’s been there long enough to stop ignoring.
"Insight isn't fixing it."
Understanding why you do something and being free of it are two completely different things. You know this. You’ve been stuck in the gap between them.
The program
Five days. One thread.
Built to go deep.
Each day builds on the previous one. What starts as seeing your story becomes hearing it, feeling it, accepting it, and finally… owning it completely.
The sixth session happens two to three months later. You come back with what actually changed and what didn’t.
Day I
Stories
You identify the story at the root of your reactions, the beliefs you’ve been living as fact. Then you see how it runs as a pattern through your behavior, your relationships, and the outcomes you keep producing.
Day II
Language
Your language reveals what you believe and reinforces it every time you speak. You learn to hear it: the absolute words, the deletions, the distortions, and to change it consciously instead of mechanically.
Day III
Emotions
You stop analyzing your emotions and start being with them. Where they live in your body, what triggered them, what you’ve never let yourself feel. This is the most experiential day of the training.
Day IV
Acceptance
You go into where it all came from. The shadow work. The roles you’ve been playing. The parts of yourself you’d rather not admit to. You stop fighting them and start integrating them.
Day V
Liberation
The hardest day. You take full ownership of the role you’ve been playing, including the victim role. You question the belief at the root. You say goodbye to the story. Not because it was wrong. Because you’ve outgrown it.
Day VI
Integration - comeback session
Two to three months later. Group coaching, a guest session, and an honest conversation about what changed and what still needs work.
What you're building
Three pillars.
It all comes back to these.
Pillar 01
Ownership
Acknowledge and own every role you play, both the ones you’re proud of and the ones you’d rather not admit to. Ownership of both is what puts you back in charge.
Pillar 02
Mental Resilience
Stop letting situations, people, and remarks decide how you feel. Things will still affect you, just a lot less, and you choose how much you let them.
Pillar 03
Emotional Maturity
Respond from emotional maturity instead of patterns shaped by past experience. Those experiences won’t change. The degree to which they run your life will.
What you will get
Concrete skills. Real shifts.
The skills
Recognize your thought patterns and stories in real time
Catch emotional reactions before they turn into behavior
Separate what actually happened from the story you’re telling about it
Identify the language patterns that keep you stuck
Sit with discomfort without immediately trying to fix or escape it
Notice the difference between responding and reacting in the moment
The experience
A knowing that things can change. Starting with you
Accountability without self-punishment
Ownership of your inner world instead of being at the mercy of it
The understanding that you are not stuck, and that change is genuinely possible
Staying grounded when circumstances are difficult, not just when things are easy
Change that holds up in real life, not just when you feel inspired
Rupert Spira said:
"What do you need to do to lead a life that is consistent with your new understanding?"
The Method
Compassionate Confrontation
This is not a feel-good training. It is not therapy. It is a direct confrontation with the stories, beliefs, and patterns that have been running your life.
Compassion is not the soft part. It is what makes the confrontation possible and the change real rather than temporary.
Each day is deliberately structured, built to move from understanding to experience to practice. The group is small — 4 to 6 people — so the work goes deep and the guidance stays personal.
Who you will work with
Pasqual van Huizen
Trainer, coach, and facilitator. Long background in people development — corporate, individual, and group settings — with a lifelong fascination with why people do what they do and what actually changes them.
This work is not theoretical. Every framework in this training has been lived, tested, and refined through years of direct work with people who were done with understanding and ready to actually change.
